Choose Yourself Before the World Chooses for You.

Morning Questions for Yourself

1. Who do I want to be today?

Not who the day makes me become. Not who my mood tells me I am. I get to choose who I want to be before the world pulls me in different directions.

2. Am I taking responsibility for my life?

My situation, my feelings, my choices — they belong to me. Blaming others only makes me wait for something outside of me to change. But when I take responsibility, I take my power back. Action is what helps me move forward. I can change more than I think. It starts with my mind. So today, I choose to build a stronger one.

3. What can I appreciate today?

Appreciate the process. Appreciate every small step. Appreciation gives me energy to keep going. The good moments remind me that life is beautiful, and the hard moments teach me how to grow. Both are part of my journey.

4. Am I comparing, or am I growing?

Other people’s success is not here to make me feel behind. It is here to remind me that it is possible. I don’t need to compare my life to theirs. I only need to compare myself with who I was yesterday. My path may take longer, but it is still my path. I will keep moving forward.

5. Am I controlling my actions and emotions?

Life is not always easy, but I don’t have to let the day control my spirit. I may not control everything that happens, but I can control how I respond. My reaction belongs to me. Today, I choose peace, strength, and action.
